Something is preying on your mind and keeping you awake at night worrying. Often we get stuck in the rut of thinking obsessively about a problem we’re unable to solve. This ties up energy that would be better spent on action. This card suggests that it’s time to let go of the fear and worry caused by this issue so you can move forward. Try introducing more gratitude into your life. Being thankful for what we have, what we’ve experienced, and the people we know and love tends to calm our anxiety and tune our minds to a more positive wavelength. These seven gratitude exercises would be a good start. Another interpretation of this card is as a warning that a decision you’re contemplating could lead you down an unfortunate path. Think carefully about your choice. Talk to people who know best about the situation and get all the information you can before deciding whether or not to take the plunge. It’s better to avoid trouble than to try to extricate yourself once you’re in it.
