Today's card for you, Thursday, February 14
You may have been sensing recently that your life is out of balance - you’re being pulled off-center by your impulsive choices. Or your mind is darting around out-of-control, dwelling on nagging thoughts that cause you great anxiety and depression. If that’s the case, now is the time to focus on your “inner work” and release yourself from the chains of negative thought/behavior patterns. Become conscious of when and how you’ve been allowing yourself to over-indulge in your bad habits. Catch yourself before making those choices. And when you notice your mind returning to a negative thought pattern, break out of it by refocusing on what you love and feel grateful for in your life. This takes a lot of practice but is well worth it. A daily practice of meditation would be helpful as well. Moderation in all things is key to your mental, emotional, and physical health at this time.
