The card also advised that you find some time to meditate. Have you done that yet? The fact that this card is returning again so soon, and reversed, suggests that you haven’t, and you definitely need to focus on this. Your health and well-being are in jeopardy because of the many stresses you’re experiencing. Take a day off, if you can, and spend it relaxing and doing as little as possible. Stay away from the internet and the TV news. Read a book and listen to music. Get outside and take a long walk, even if the weather is unpleasant. Breathe the fresh air. Watch the clouds pass over. When you get home, try silently meditating for 10 minutes. You’ll find that a regular practice of this will help you reduce your stress and become more at ease in your daily life.
