The Hanged Man

You’ve reached a point in your life when it’s appropriate to stop and wait. Circumstances have arisen that temporarily prevent your moving forward - you need to stay in a holding pattern for a while. This can feel frustrating, especially if you’ve been thinking you were making great progress. You may wish to press ahead by sheer force of will. But this is not a good time to attempt that. This is a time in which showing restraint, holding back and waiting, will reap rewards in the future. Quell your desires - they are often based in fears and anxieties - and instead adopt an approach of calm acceptance. Let go of your need to control things. Focus only on the present moment, not on the past nor the future. Soon you’ll be able to spring into action again - you’ll know when the time is right - but for now, just hang in there and take it easy.
