You have the potential to unleash brilliant creative power, but something is holding you back. Is it self-doubt? Distraction? Lack of energy? Or perhaps you have an ambition that you’ve been striving mightily to achieve but can’t seem to get close to it, for some reason. First, make sure your goal is something honorable, pure, and good for all of humanity. The Universe tends to open the way to seekers who are on the proper path, while throwing roadblocks in front of those who are only out for their own gain. Then, concentrate on allowing, rather than forcing, the creative energies to flow through you. This involves quieting the Big Voice of your ego and listening instead to the still, small voice of your intuition. The Magician represents the strength of individual will, but it also symbolizes the human channelling of cosmic forces to make magic. When you make yourself a receptive conduit, the Universe co-creates with you. Many blocks (and much bad art) are caused by ego: overthinking and trying too hard to do it all by oneself. Remember that creation is also a kind of discovery - bringing something into physical form which already exists on another plane.
