Today’s card is the same as the card in yesterday’s reading, but this time right side up, and with a different interpretation. The Four of Pentacles in this case suggests that you would benefit from being more careful about your money! Have you been spending a lot lately? Are you tempted to splurge on a big purchase? If so, you’d better refrain for a while. Think in terms of putting money away for future use rather than frittering it away now on stuff that you don’t really need. Is someone trying to convince you to make an investment, or to buy something that seems like a great deal? Again, hold off. It might indeed be a good use of your money, but now isn’t the time. Focus on saving. The image that comes to mind is a squirrel gathering and storing nuts in preparation for the long winter. It’s always a good idea to be thrifty, and this card hints that it would be a particularly wise choice now.
